mashup.

In presenting this remarkable person, Kerr, female leader, opened the David Jones Spring/Summer Season launch, with enthusiasm and rapt attention, wearing a flowering ivory and jade print dress from designer Thurley. Kerr dazzled in red, ending the otherwise silent performance , wearing a one-shouldered gown by designer Alex Perry, and traveled the world as an advocate.

Germany's only chancellor from the ex-communist east, dominating Merkel is open to change. Forbes magazine praised and argued that Germany needed a new star. She was able to unleash her curiosity and intelligence on the world.

Having lost her ability to see and hear when she was 19 months old, Keller could adapt, most powerful woman on the planet, existed until 7 without language. Keller had quite of few years where it has been dark. Helen had published "The Story of My Life" and graduated from Radcliff College. Keller will have a significant say, showed off with more than a dozen books- a strong comeback.

final model.

Hawking's larger, open space resembles his work on the universe, opposed to Kuepper's refined work on light distribution in the world, and hence, smaller laboratory. These are situated on the same level to signify their equal importance.

'Arrows' on sides of the ramp leading to the meeting space point towards the sky, reminding the clients of what is beyond our world and simultaneously, the greatest source of light in our world.

The meeting space is situated separate to the laboratories as a reminder of the two scientist's main ideas: space and light. Both these ideas require an extensive area to reflect upon.
Kuepper's ramp which merges with the ramp with the 'arrows' ramp is constructed using tree branches, exemplifying her innovative practice: finding an affordable and low-tech solution to providing light.
The series of windows in Kuepper's laboratory provides inspiration from natural light to provide a means distribution of artifical light. This 'hole' also challenges what is to be considered interior and exterior.

black box.

This paticular slide led to my interest in a series of openings in the same position to integrate and blur the boundaries of what is considered interior and exterior. In this slide, the cut-out shape in each rectangle has evolved slightly from the previou rectangle, suggesting a concept of evolution, irrelevant to my two selected clients. Instead, I intend to use all squares as if a rectangle were cut out perpendicular, but with one end slightly narrower, suggesting a sense of gradual change and development of ideas on the distribution of artifical light and space.

NICOLE KUEPPER.

“And so we started thinking about simple processes that we could use like low temperature firing conditions, ink jet printers because they’re very simple and easy to understand and we came up, basically, with this new way of making solar cells that is cheap, low tech, low temperature and able to be done in some of the least developed countries in the world…we hope."

STEPHEN HAWKING.

“Despite this cautionary tale, I believe we can and should try to understand the universe.e we have already made remarkable progress in understanding the cosmos, particularly in the last few years. We don’t yet have a complete picture, but this may not be far off. The most obvious thing about space is that it goes on and on and on.”

ELECTROLIQUID AGGREGATION.

Despite this cautionary tale, I believe we can and should try to light up the world. We came up with this new way of making solar cells that: cheap, low tech and able to be done in some of the least developed countries in the world…we hope. We don’t yet have a complete picture, but this may not be far off. The most obvious thing about space is that it goes on and on and on and we can only aspire to bring accessible artifical light in an affordable, economical and environmental manner to a portion of space; our world."

datum- texture animation.

This video explores the different textures which were inspired originally by the words mechancial, dense and artificial. These textures attempt to caputre the material or conceptual practice of the two artists.

datum- section animation.

This video demonstrates different sections in my model. These sections exemplify the asymmetrical shapes which make this space unique.

datum - perspective animation.

This video demonstrates the aesthetic appeal of various perspectives around and within my model. The perspectives as shown in the video allow Swallow's studio to appear empowering. Conversely, it also demonstrates Piccinini's conceptual practice as a social critic through the perspective on her studio in the video.

resolved model.

Piccinini's studio is below the gallery as this articulates her conceptual practice as a social critique, portraying not a particularly optimistic or bright view of the world, but using her art as a warning.
The gallery space is based upon these stairs. Artworks are placed on both sides of these zig-zag stairs. I chose to have my gallery upon stairs, as this allows the audience's experience to be transformed as they view the artworks.
Swallow's studio is above the gallery to suggest his status within the artworld. I have made this both a combination of a public and private space, as the audience is able to look up from the gallery. However, the doorway from the stairs up to the studio suggests its privacy.

This is not particularly the best video for my purposes, but I chose to use this video as these stairs designed by Frank Gehry function as an artwork itself in its gallery, as my stairs also attempt to do.
